How ridiculous is this helmet???? I felt like such an idiot riding along with this on my head. I will be ordering a pink bike with streamers and matching helmet for my birthday. No more circumsized black guy head for me thanks.

After a big 5km run up to the point I had trouble cooling down because it was such a hot day, so I stripped off and dived in. (this is the 'blurred out rude bits' version) You can see I was red all over from running. Sorry Ken, at least it's not the one of me diving in.

Robbie has been busy making lego.

The boys enjoying their automatic turning ice-cream cones.

Boys absolutely exhausted after a big day in the sun. We had guests over for dinner so we turned on a movie for them. We were enjoying ourselves so much that we didn't realise we hadn't put the boys to bed until about midnight, when we found them in the lounge.

Today officially marks the last day of Robs holiday, with him returning to work on Monday. We enjoyed it by having a little gathering with a few friends and about 15 kids. It was lots of fun and the house could do with a good mopping now. It's a bit sad his holiday is over, but we have enjoyed his company immensely, dads are soooo fun.
