George Michael???

Do you recognise the era?  Do you recognise the boy??
Yes! It is Robbie, getting down to some WHAM with George Michael and some memorable eighties classics like "Wake me up before you GO GO!" and "Careless Whisper!"
Robbies high school had its first themed disco held at the school.  It was a fluoro and 80's theme and I had no trouble making this outfit for him.  He looked great and the hair worked well, but..........he was the only boy who dressed up!  Good one mum!  To Robbies credit though, I'm the only one who has been cringing at the thought of him walking in to a room of big kids looking like this, he couldn't care less.  He even entered a 'dance-off' where he was the only boy and won a movie pass for his "Girly Hip-Hop" routine, everyone loved his new image and he didn't care if they didn't anyway.  He won his award around the same time that my phone kept going off with texts from teachers saying they now know exactly who Robbie Clark is!  Oh dear, I wonder how un-co he was?

Who cares whether he was unco or not. Which, after all the dance lessons, I am sure that he was the best dancer there!!! And so great that he set the example of how to be really involved in the night in a very positive way. Good one Robbie. Great outfit Mum. Very proud of you both. xxxx
