SOLD - SOLD - SOLD - SOLD - SOLD In the end after all the waiting and no viewings or potential prospects, we had two buyers battling it out for ownership on Saturday. We ended up getting more than what we were asking for with the added bonus of a quick settlement with the added option of renting the house back until December. This is perfect for us as I don't want to move until the Christmas holidays, so it has all worked out very well. Once again, luck strikes us again.
